Welcome to LIFESTRETCH YOGA of Fremont!

On March 15th, we welcomed Milpitas’ first yoga studio to the Lifestretch Yoga family. We have already begun to to offering daily yoga classes. It is conveniently located at 146 S Main Street, just a quarter mile east of Hwy 680 and just west of Hwy 880.

At our Fremont location, we offer over 20 classes a week in a variety of yoga styles and levels appropriate for beginner to intermediate and advanced students. Our classes are based on our instructor's yoga background and passion. Please try our different classes and allow our talented instructors to safely guide you on your yoga journey.

The Fremont yoga community has continued to grow and flourish at this location on Fremont Blvd for the last 5 years. Through the years, we continue to offer a peaceful, supportive environment to practice yoga and meditation. We also continue to stretch the lives of each student through the exploration and development of their body, mind, spirit, as well as, new friendships.

Benefits of Yoga:
Yoga postures serve not only to tone, stretch, and strengthen the body, they also invigorate our vital organs. Postures in yoga work to increase mobility and range of motion of our joints and muscles helping us to feel and look younger. The benefits of yoga are numerous and include improved fitness and balance, greater vitality and energy, stress management, inner balance and calmness, greater flexibility and spiritual awareness, weight management and proper breathing.

LIFESTRETCH YOGA Classes:
Our classes consist of various sequences of yoga postures accompanied by an awareness of breath and body alignment. Classes may also include breathing exercises, meditation, chanting and relaxation techniques. We are now proud to include in our offering both Yoga Therapy and Facilitated Yoga & Stretch Therapy at the studio.

Please plan to arrive at the studio 5 to 10 minutes prior to the time your class is scheduled to start. This will allow you time to sign in, arrange your mat and get set up and warmed up before class starts. As with any exercise, it is recommended that you do not to eat for a few hours before attending class in order to allow your meal to digest properly. You want to dress in comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you complete range of motion movement. Mats are available in the studio for those students that have not yet purchased their own.
